Registration for our Strength and Speed Fundamentals Camp is now open. Space is limited so please email Coach Grier at email@example.com to confirm a spot.
The Camp will be run by our Strength and Speed Coach, Evan Gates with support from other Oceanside Coaches. The focus of the Camp is fundamental skill training for speed and agility improvement and instruction on proper and safe technique development for olympic lifts in the weight room. The Camp will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays for 11 weeks beginning Feb 18 and ending April 30 (there will be no camp sessions April 7 and 9 due to Spring Break).
The cost of the camp is $200 to be paid in cash or check made payable to Oceanside. Each camper will need to pay and have a parent sign a waiver prior to participation. We will have the waivers on hand and will also email them out to those who confirm registration via email to Coach Grier.
